Stephen had this to say to the official site,
“I did not need to think long and hard about agreeing to a contract extension, I think it took me less than a minute to agree, as I enjoy my football at the Club and my relationship with the manager.”
And manager Tony Mowbray said,
“Everyone at the Club is delighted that Stephen has agreed to sign this new two-year contract confirming the players commitment to Hibernian Football Club. Stephen is an excellent professional and provides the experience and quality necessary in the squad.”
