As the Ecuador international is set to return to pre season training, the Italian Cup holders are thought to have expressed an interest.
They join a long list of clubs said to be ready to take DLC away from Easter Road, a list which includes Aston Villa, fellow Serie A side Chievo, and French cracks Lille.
Ulises was in fine form in his country's 2-0 defeat to Italy and that must have caught the attention of Parma, who despite winning the Italian Cup, didn't have a good season, finishing in the bottom half of the table.
ER Spokesman David Forsyth told the Daily Record: "There have been a few expressions of interest but no concrete bids."
My personal feelings are that if a half decent bid is made for Ulises, Hibs will not be difficult to deal with. If we can make a profit on a player who didn't do much in his first season with us, then we should go for it.
