It is understood that Hibs striker Sam Morrow will be heading out on loan, when the January transfer window opens.

Morrow has just returned from a career threatening knee ligament injury and is hoping to impress new Hibs manager John Collins.

It is thought Collins, wants Morrow to go out on loan for the remainder of the season to get much needed match practice under his belt before returning for pre-season training to challenge for a first team spot at Easter Road.

The Hibs striker has a number of clubs chasing him including St Johnstone,
Gretna, Livingston and Ross County.

Morrow spent the latter part of last season on loan at
Livingston, which is where he picked up his knee injury in a game against Inverness Caledonian Thistle and its thought Livingston boss John Robertson wants to take him back to Almondvale.

Morrow, who joined Hibs on a free transfer from
Ipswich Town in 2004, played eleven games for Livingston and scored two goals.

This could be a good move for Morrow and Hibs.
