Hibs reserves played there last game of the season this afternoon at Meadowbank against Aberdeen.

The young Hibs side lost 1-0 with a controversial last minute goal from Chris Maguire. The ball hit the underside of the bar and came down on the line, but despite protests Aberdeen were awarded the goal.

Hibs were probably the better side in the game and had a few chances, but to no avail.

Iranian winger Shana Haji had a busy game as did young Damon Gray up front.

Young Darren McCormack also played after his recent snubbing of Celtic to sign a new 5-year-deal at the club.

Also playing was Hibs "forgotten" man, Hungarian striker Tomas Sowunmi.

A disappointing end to the season for the reserves.
