Hibs right back Steven Whittaker has been called upto the Scotland squad to face Ukraine on Wednesday night after Christian Dailly was ruled out through suspension and Aberdeen's Russell Anderson pulled out through injury.
It is Whittaker's first ever inclusion in the FULL squad.
Whittaker has played 18 times for the Scotland U21's and fully deserves his call up after an outstanding start to the season.
Steven joins fellow Hibs youngster Scott Brown in the squad for the difficult trip to the Ukraine.
