According to numerous reports over the last 24 hours, Hibs striker Harry McKirdy is a wanted man.
The 26-year-old has struggled since his £400,000 move to Edinburgh last summer, having not scored a goal, or added an assist in 23 games.
Hibs are apparently keen to give McKirdy a chance, and think a season away on loan could see him reignite his goal scoring form.
Colchester United, Leyton Orient and another un-named club, who Hibs-Mad believe is Fleetwood Town, are all keen to strike a loan deal for the striker.
McKirdy made his name in English League Two with Swindon Town, scoring 24 and adding 8 assists, in the 21-22 season, and then carrying that forward into the following season, scoring 2 in 5 games before his switch to the Hibees.
Hibs-Mad View
A loan deal would do Harry good.
The boy isn't as bad as some make him out to be, and he has been unlucky a few times, and with most of his appearances being as a substitute, he's not really had the chance to get a grip of the Scottish game.
A move to a lesser league in Englsh League One, should help him improve his confidence and get back among the goals.
Another one to watch closely.
