Hibs have today revealed that on-loan Belgian defender Rocky Bushiri has left the club.

The 22-year-old joined the Hibees from English Premiership side Norwich City on loan in January, with a future fee agreed should he impress at Easter Road.

It now seems new Hibs boss Lee Johnson has decided against taking up the option and the defender has returned south.

Rocky became a fan favourite when he arrived in Edinburgh, but his form nose-dived and after a horror display against Hearts at Tynecastle just before the SPFL split, he was dropped from first team.

The former Mechlen made 15 appearances for Hibs.

HIBS-MAD VIEW:

A move that didn't work out in the end.

Rocky started his career in Leith well, becoming a bit of a cult figure at Easter Road.

However, some error riddled display's in the green and white seen him quickly fall from grace.

Hibs-Mad wish him well in the future.
