A young Hibs side travelled North to face Wick Academy this afternoon, as the Highland league side celebrated their 125th Anniversary.
The game finished 0-1 to a young Hibs side, with Innes Murray scoring the only goal of the game in the first half.
There was a return for long-term injury victim Andrew Blake, who returned after a long-term Achilles injury, picked up while on loan with Edinburgh City last season.
Hibs impressed and could have scored a couple more but deserved their win.
Hibs XI:
P Martin, Donaldson, Mackie, Blake, Porteous, Waugh, I Murray, Stirling, Allan, Gullan, Campbell.
Subs: Paton, Woods, Shanley, Galantes, Bragg.
