Pre-season result - Selkirk 0-7 Hibs XI

A Hibs XI ran out comfortable 0-7 winners over Selkirk at Yarrow Park tonight, as the build up for the new season continued.

The Hibees dominated their East of Scotland counterparts for the whole 90 minutes and really could have added to their 7 goal winning margin.

Kurtis Byrne and Ewan Moyes, both products of last seasons treble winning U19 side, had the green & white 2-0 up at half time.

Young forward Byrne then grabbed another two to complete his hat-trick, another U19 prodigy, striker Patrick Deane grabbed another.

Ross Campbell also grabbed himself a goal, another product of the Hibees youth system.

New signing from Manchester United, winger Danny Galbraith, also got himself on the score sheet.

This win followed up the 2-0 closed door win over Airdrie, yesterday at East Mains, both goals scored by big Colin Nish.
