According to the Edinburgh Evening News Croatian side NK Osijek are keen on signing Hibs striker Florian Kamberi.
They have apparently made an enquiry about the availability of the former Grasshopper player.
Hibs signed Kamberi last summer from the Zurich club in a cut-price £150,000 deal following an excellent loan spell.
However, Kamberi, despite being the Hibees top goal-scorer with 12 goals, struggled with form and had a much publicised fall-out with former boss Neil Lennon, as well as being played wide left under new boss Paul Heckingbottom.
Sunderland, who tried to sign Kamberi last summer, are said to still be keen, and there is still other interest from England in the Swiss U21 international.
It would probably take a pretty substantial offer for the Hibees to sell, but the Croatian are backed rich owner and have money to spend.
