Acording to reports in today's tabloids, Hibs striker Jason Cummings has been disciplined over an incident in a fast food restaurant.
Cummings is reportede to have thrown muffins at staff at the McDonald's, whiles shouting abusive language at members of the public, in the chain's Gorgie Road restaurant.
The 19-year-old was dropped for Saturday's 3-0 win over Dumbarton at Easter Road, with rumours swirling the ground that he was in hot water.
He was also then demoted to the U19 side, scoring a hat-trick in a 7-0 win over Kilmarnock at Ainslie Park last night.
McDonald's have also released a statement, revealing that Cummings was banned from the Gorgie Road restaurant.
A spokesperson for the company said:
“Following behaviour deemed to be unacceptable, we are in the process of writing to this individual, informing him of our decision to ban him from Gorgie Road restaurant.
“Our first priority is to ensure that our restaurants are a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees, so we take antisocial behaviour very seriously.”
There has been no official statement from the club, about the situation, as of yet.
