Hibs youngster Jack Brydon joins Civil Service on loan

Last updated : 19 October 2021 By Steve Forbes

Hibs have revealed that young development defender Jack Brydon has joined Civil Service Strollers on loan.

The 18-year-old will join the Lowland League side until January as he looks to gain more first team experience.

This will be Brydon's second spell with the Strollers, and he has already made his second debut, having played on Saturday as Civil Service won 3-1 against Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale on Saturday in the South Challenge Cup.

Brydon joins fellow Hibee Jayden Fairley on loan at Christie Gillies Park.

Jack also spent time on last season with Stenhousemuir.

Hibs-Mad View:

Another good loan move for the kid, it will help him gain even more experience and game time with the Strollers.

It's good to see Hibs use their Link-up's with clubs having seen a number of players head out on loan to both Stenhousemuir and Civil Service Strollers.

We also have the link-up with American USL side Charleston Battery, that has yet to be utilised due to covid restrictions.
