Hibs were handed the good news today, that Scotland striker Garry O'Connor has escaped a ban for "simulation".
O'Connor, 28, was ajudged to have dived to win a penalty, which he converted to make it 3-1, against St Johnstone last week, in a game the Hibees won 3-2.
Hibs were offered the chance to accept a two match ban by the SFA's compliance officer last week, but decided to appeal the decision.
Today the news is good, Hibs have won the appeal, and O'Connor does not now face a spell on the sidelines.
O'Connor has been on fire since returning to Easter Road in the summer, so far scoring 10 goals in 12 games in all competitions.
