Reports have surfaced that Hibs move to bring former keeper Ben Williams back to Easter Road has hit a bump in the road (The Herald).
Williams, 32, still has a year to run on his contract with Bradford City, and it's said the English side would want a fee for the player, one which Hibs would be unwilling to pay.
The former Colchester player was reluctant to leave Easter Road last summer, and is said to be keen on a return to Edinburgh, but the possible compensation could scupper any deal.
The Hibees currently have no goalkeepers, just days before returning to pre-season training, with Mark Oxley returning to Hull City after a loan deal, and young keeper Kleton Perntreou having been released.
Hibs boss Alan Stubbs is said to be also considering signing Oxley on a permanent deal, after he was released by Hull.
A few other keepers have been linked with the club over the summer, including former Hearts keeper Jamie McDonald, who signed for Kilmarnock.
