Hibs have today announced that young midfielder David Wotherspoon has signed a new contract.
Wotherspoon has been a revelation this season, and that is with him playing out of position at right back.
The 19-year-old has singed an extension to his contract that sees him tied to Easter Road until 2013.
Wotherspoon was delighted to have put pen to paper on a 3-and-a-half year deal, he said:
"It's an exciting club to be at, so I'll just keep working as hard as I can to keep playing first team football,"
"The club has given me a great opportunity and I love it here."
