Hibs boss Colin Calderwood has tonight confirmed the signing of midfielder Isaiah Osbourne.
The 23-year-old former Aston Villa midfielder has signed a 2-year-deal, pending international clearance.
Osbourne becomes Calderwood's 5th summer signing at Easter Road, following Garry O'Connor, Ivan Sproule, Sean O'Hanlon and Junior Agogo through the door.
Osbourne was delighted with his move to Scotland, speaking to the official club website, he said:
"Everything about the move to Hibernian felt right - I'm moving to an ambitious club, with everything in place for the team to succeed.
"There were other options back down in England that I looked at, but I wanted a fresh challenge, and Hibernian met all my requirements."
Rumour has it that Calderwood isn't finished yet, with reports suggesting that a couple of loan deals are in the pipeline.
Newcastle United forward Phil Airey is said to be in the capital for a medical, ahead of a six month loan deal.
Negotiations are also said to be still on-going with Nottingham Forest for the loan of Republic of Ireland full back Brendan Moloney.
