Hibs have today confirmed the capture of of Dunfermline Athletic's prolific forward Kevin Nisbet.
The Hibees have landed the 23-year-old in a £250,000 deal, and he has signed a 4-year-deal at Easter Road.
Nisbet, who scored 23 goals in 32 appearances for the Pars last season, had a host of English sides after his signature, and turned down a late approach from Scottish Championship side Hearts.
Speaking to the official club website, Nisbet said:
“I’m proud to be a Hibernian player and I’m grateful to the club for giving me this opportunity.
“It’s a new challenge for me and I’m confident – with the help of the staff here – that I can continue to improve as a player and help the team.
“I’ve been working hard on my fitness during the break and I can’t wait to get going.”

A really exciting signing for the Hibees.
It's a big outlay in this current climate, but it's one that will most likely be covered by the sale of Florian Kamberi.
It's also showing the difference that the Hibernian Supporters (HSL) vehicle can make, who are now over 900 new members, and sitting at close to 3,500 fans donating, roughly £25,000 a month towards the playing squad.
And also the amazing season ticket sales of over 10,200.
Nisbet could form a really good looking strikeforce with Christian Doidge and young Jamie Gullan.
