Hibs are today expected to announce the signing of striker Farid El Alagui.
The 28-year-old is a free agent after leaving Brentford this summer, and has agreed terms to become Alan Stubbs second summer signing.
Alagui will add much needed firepower to the Hibs forward line, and has experience of the Scottish Championship, having previously played for Falkirk in 2011, when he landed the Championship Player of the Year Award.
He has also previously played for Dundee Utd (loan last season) and for numerous teams in the lower leagues of the French divisions.
