Hibs have apparently secured the signing of out-of-contract Dundee United striker Simon Murray.
The Hibees seem to have beaten off competition from St Johnstone, Kilmarnock & Partick Thisle
A Belgian club are said to have also made a late bid to sign the former Arbroath player, but he has chosen Easter Road.
Hibs have not made an official announcement, but a picture, which appears to have been taken by the player, has been leaked online of him in club training gear at East Mains.
Hibs tried to sign Murray last summer, launching two late bids for the player on transfer deadline day, both being turned down by United.
Manager Neil Lennon has finally landed a player he has been a long term admirer of, with the 25-year-old following Danny Swanson is signing for the club under freedom of contract, as they build towards the 2017/18 Premiership campaign.
