Hibs have today released midfielder Gael Bigirimana following the completion of his contract.
The Hibees signed the 26-year-old Burundi international from Motherwell on the final day of the January transfer window, but he only managed one appearance, a 54th minute substitute debut against Aberdeen, two days after signing.
Hibs boss Paul Heckingbottom never played the former Motherwell, Rangers and Newcastle player since taking over as manager from Neil Lennon and he has been freed to find another club.
Hibs-Mad would like to wish Gael all the very best for his next move.
