Hibs pair Stanton and Handling get Scotland U21 call

Hibs pair Danny Handing and Sam Stanton have both been called in to the latest Scotland U21 squad.

Stanton recieves his first call-up at U21 level, after bursting on to the scene at Easter Road, with 2 goals in only 4 appearances for the midfielder.

Handling has been called up previously, but has never been capped.

The Scotland U21's face Hungary at Tannadice next Wednesday in a friendly.

The full U21 squad is:

Goalkeepers: Jordan Archer (Tottenham Hotspur), Jonathan Henly (Reading), Christopher Kettings (Blackpool)

Defenders: Joseph Chalmers (Celtic), Stuart Findlay (Celtic), Marcus Fraser (Celtic), Jack Grimmer (Fulham), Sean Kelly (St Mirren), Jordan McGhee (Hearts), John Souttar (Dundee United)

Midfielders: Stuart Armstrong (Dundee United), Ryan Gauld (Dundee United), John McGinn (St Mirren), Callum McGregor (Celtic), Kenny McLean (St Mirren), Craig Slater (Kilmarnock), Sam Stanton (Hibs).

Forwards: Ryan Fraser (Bournemouth), Danny Handling (Hibs), Stevie May (St Johnstone), Callum Paterson (Hearts)
