Hibs have tonight revealed that young Belgian midfielder Allan Delferriere has joined MFK Vyskov.
The 21-year-old has joined the Czech side until the end of the season, and Vyskov have the option to sign him in the summer for a six-figure fee.
Delferriere joined the Hibees in the summer of 2021 from Standard Liege in a reported £150,000 deal.
The Hibees sent him out on loan with Edinburgh City, where he earned rave reviews, playing 15 times before returning to Easter Road.
He has been handed first team football on a few occassions, including a few appearances in Europe, but has failed to hold down a regular starting spot.
Allan has played 9 times all in for the Hibees.
Speaking to the official club website, Hibs boss Nick Montgomery said:
“After lengthy discussions with Allan, it was clear he needed to go and play regularly for his personal development.
“He has struggled for game time this season, so it’s in the best interests of all parties that this loan be a successful one and he gains regular football."
HIBS-MAD VIEW
Allan has shown in flashes he can be a good player, when he was given the chance.
However, the stop/start nature of his appearances have not helped him at all.
This move is a good one for both parties, either Hibs get an improved player back this summer, or we recoup the money we paid for him.
Good luck Allan.
