Hibs have tonight been linked with moves for both Motherwell forward Louis Moult and Birmingham City forward Greg Stewart.
Boss Neil Lennon is moving quickly to replace Nottingham Forest bound goal machine Jason Cummings, who is expected to join the City ground side this week.
According to the Scottish Sun, Hibs will battle it out with Aberdeen and Hearts for Greg Stewart, who joined Birmingham City for £500,000 from Dundee last summer, and is seen as a direct replacement for Cummings.
Blues boss Harry Redknapp has apparently not decided if Stewart is part of his plans yet, Lennon is keen to bring him to Easter Road.
The Hibees are also interested in signing Motherwell striker Louis Moult.
25-year-old Moult is entering the last year of his contract at Fir Park, and Hibs could be set to make an offer to bring him to Easter Road.
Moult has hit 18 goals in two consecutive seasons, following his arrival from Wrexham in 2015.
