According to reports coming out of France, Hibs have offered a deal to French striker Moulaye Idrissa Ba.
The 24-year-old Bourg-Peronnas hitman is out-of-contract after helping his club secure promotion to French Ligue 2.
Respected French sports paper L’Equipe is reporting Ba has been offered a new deal by his club, but has also been in discussions with fellow French side Dijon.
L’Equipe also stated that Ba had been contacted in the last few days by Hibs and Doncaster Rovers.
Hibs boss Alan Stubbs refused to confirm the reports when speaking to the Edinburgh Evening News, he said:
“I am getting names thrown at me left, right and centre
“There will be names we might have an interest in, there will be some that we do not have an interest in. It’s that time of year I’m afraid and that’s going to happen.”
