It's been revealed that Hibs defender Lewis Stevenson has been awarded a testimonial year by the club.
A number of events are planned, with a testimonial dinner being the first announced.
The dinner will take place at the Corn Exchange on Saturday September 3rd, with the Proclaimers playing a one hour headlining set.
A testimonial match will also be announced in due course.
Lewis has decided to give half the money raised from his testimonial to charity, split between the Jenni and David Paul Memorial Fund which supports CRY (cardiac risk in the young) and Leith Links
Stevenson has played 320 games in a Hibs shirt, and is the only player in the clubs history to have won both the Scottish League Cup & Scottish Cup whilst playing for the Hibees.
