Hibs have today revealed that they have extended the loan deal of Leigh Griffiths.
The 21-year-old is now tied to Easter Road until the summer.
Wolves manager Mick McCarthy has decided that the Scotland U21 player has no future at the club, and had expressed a desire to sell the player, but Hibees boss Pat Fenlon has persuaded the former Celtic player to extend the player's loan deal.
Speaking to the club's official website, the former Dundee and Livingston hitman said:
"I've enjoyed every minute of my time here and the fact I'm going to stay at least until the summer is something I'm really pleased about," he said.
"I want to give everything I can to help the team to achieve success and improved results during the second half of the season.
"I love playing for Hibs and this whole experience has been like a dream come true for me."
