Hibs development side lost their unbeaten run yesterday, with a late loss to the Rangers DV side at East Mains.
There was a run out for new Hibs signing Chris Humphreys, who is still looking for some match fitness after joining the club from Preston North End in January.
Rangers took an early lead and held it until the 87th minute, when a Oli Shaw equalised for the Easter Road youngsters, after a free-kick from Jamie Gullan hit the bar and landed at his feet for a tap in.
However, despite Hibs pressing for a winner, it was the Ibrox club who grabbed the three points with a 90th minute winner.
Despite the loss, the Hibees still have a 4 point lead at the top of the table.
