Hibs defender Kevin McCann has today revealed that he is still struggling with a niggling knee problem that has hampered him for over a year.
The Hibees and Scotland U21 right back has not made a first-team appearance since May and has visited a number of specialists as he seeks the answer to his on-going tendonitis problem.
McCann, 21, has made a second trip to London an attempt to get rid of the problem, he has already had injections in the knee, which have so far failed to clear it up.
The Easter Road star said:
"It's frustrating how long this is taking and I am still getting some pain when I turn sharply."
McCann has lost his place to new boy David Van Zanten and could face a fight to get his first team spot back as Van Zanten has impressed since his move from St Mirren in the summer.
