Hibs defender Jordon Forster has been handed a setback, with the news he is facing up to six weeks on the sidelines.
The central defender was taking off injured during Sunday's 0-0 draw with Hearts at Tynecastle in the Scottish Cup 5th Round clash.
Forster, 23, has suffered a hamstring injury, and boss Neil Lennon revealed that he will be facing some time on the treatment table.
He said:
“Jordon picked up a knock. It’s a hamstring and it’s looking like four to six weeks out. I’m hoping it’s not going to be that bad, maybe a strain. But hamstrings are pretty delicate injuries."
The injury leaves the Hibees with only two fit centre half's, with Paul Hanlon already sidelined after surgery on a pelvic injury.
