Hibs have tonight announced that defender Adam Jackson has joined Lincoln City on a permanent deal.
According to the official website, Jackson asked to return south and the Hibees granted his wish.
Jackson joins the English League One side for an undisclosed fee, with Hibs also adding in a sell-on fee.
The former Barnsley defender joined the club last summer and made 22 appearances scoring 4 goals.

Dissapointing to see big Adam leave the club.
He started slowly when he first arrived, but ended the season in fine form, and many expected Hibs boss Jack Ross to build his defence round him.
It seems however, that Jackson wanted to return to England.
It does however free up another wage and the Hibees pocket a fee, which really needs reinvested in the squad.
