Hibs have announced they are to fight the one game ban handed to striker Jason Cummings.
The teenager was handed the ban for an offensive gesture towards the Hearts support when he put the Hibees in the lead on Saturday.
It seemed the club had accepted the ban, meaning he would miss this week's clash with Falkirk at Easter Road, but it now seems there has been a u-turn.
Hibs will now fight the ban, as Cummings was booked at the time, it seems, for the gesture he has been cited for by the compliance officer.
