According to the Edinburgh Evening News, Hibs have decided not to take up the "first option" clause that was put in Sylvester Jasper's loan deal from Fulham.
The winger signed for the Hibees in January and showed glimpses of real quality, but failed to produce it on a consistent basis.
His best game in a Hibs shirt was probably the 1-2 win over Motherwell in the Scottish Cup Quarter Final at Fir Park, when he set-up both goals for Elias Melkesen and terrorised the Well defence.
The 20-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan at Colchester United, before moving to Edinburgh.
The Bulgarain U21 player made 16 appearances for the Hibees, starting 8 games and providing 2 assists.
HIBS-MAD VIEW:
This one surprises us a little, he looks a real handful when givena run in the team, although he did fall out-of-favour come the end of the season.
Jasper ticks some of the boxes Hibs currently look for in players, but it looks like new boss Lee Johnson is looking to free up wages to bring in his own players.
Hibernian-Mad would like to wish Sylvester all the very best for the future.
