Hibs have today confirmed four appointments to boss Alan Stubbs' backroom team.

Andy Holden has been confirmed, as expected, as Stubbs new no.2, having worked with the Hibs boss before at Everton.

Also joining the backroom staff is Alan Combe as goalkeeping coach. Combe has been warming up the keepers for the Hibees during pre-season, and it was widely known he had taken up the post, without, until today, official conformation.

Combe has also been registered as a player, and will most likely be no.2 to a new keeper, that Stubbs is hunting for now.

Also confirmed is new Head physio John Porteous, who arrives at the club from Motherwell, who he has worked for, for 23 years. He replaces David Henderson, who has joined Aston Villa.

Last, but not least is new strength and conditioning coach Paul Green, formerly of Falkirk, who brings a wealth of experience to the club.
