Hibs have today confirmed the appointments of Eddie May and Graeme Mathie to further bolster the backroom staff at the club.
Eddie May has been appointed Academy Coaching Manager, which is a newly created role at the club, and he will directly oversee the development of all players in the Academy from U8's all the way through to U`17's.
Mathie has been appointed as Head of Player Identification.
His job will be to oversee ALL player recruitement from the first team, right down to the transition academy coming through from the Spartans link-up.
This news comes just a day after Academy coach James McDonaugh left the club to join Falkirk as first team coach.
