Hibs midfielder Liam Craig has become the latest casualty in Terry Butcher's cull at Easter Road.
The club captain, who still has a year left on his deal, has been told he does not feature in Terry Butcher's plans going forward.
Craig joined on a pre-contract agreement from St Johnstone in the summer, but despite a promising start, scoring 9 goals in the first half of the season, he has faded badly to a shadow of the player that first arrived in Edinburgh.
He was appointed club captain when Butcher first arrived at the club, but the extra pressure seemed to weigh heavy on the former Falkirk players shoulders.
The future's of Michael Nelson, Ryan McGivern, Lewis Stevenson, Scott Robertson, Paul Heffernan and James Collins still hang in the balance.
