New Hibs boss Lee Johnson has today confirmed his backroom team, with the arrival of TWO assistants.
Former Hearts, Bristol City, Aberdeen and Scotland defender Jamie McAllister, as expected, has followed Johnson to Easter Road.
He was his assistant at both Bristol City and Sunderland.
The second assistant coming in to the backroom team is Adam Owen, joing the Hibees from Polish side Lech Poznan.
Welshman Owen has coached at Celtic under Martin O'Neill and Gordon Strachan, as well as being performance Director at Rangers.
He has also had a stint at the Welsh FA, becoming part of the backroom team to Chris Coleman that reached the Euro 2016 Semi Finals, and has also coached in the USA with Seattle Sounders and also a spell in China.
Owen was also manager of Polish side Lechia Gdańsk for a year 2017-18.
It's also been confirmd that Hibs legend Sir David Gray will stay on as 1st Team Coach under the new regime.
Johnson will also announce a new goalkeeping coach in due course.
HIBS-MAD VIEW:
McAllister was always a shoe-in after his previous stints as no.2 to Johnson - He has a lot of coacing experience and seems a solid appointment.
We don't know much about Adam Owen, but his CV speaks for itself.
On paper, two cracking appointments.
It's also good to see Sir Dave being kept on.
