Hibs boss John Hughes has tonight confirmed his interest in bringing Alan Gow back to the club. The 27-year-old former Rangers and Blackpool forward has just been released by English Championship side Plymouth, following an injury hit loan spell at Easter Road last season. With Gow now a free agent, Hughes has admitted he’d love to bring him back to Edinburgh, but has admitted someone may have to leave Easter Road first, before he can sign the player. After tonight's pre-season win over Queen of the South, Hughes said: "I would love to get Alan back but no talks have taken place. "There has been a lot of work going on at the stadium and it may mean I have to shuffle the pack a bit to try and bring in Alan or anyone else."
