It's being reported tonight that Hibs had TWO bids for Dundee Utd striker Simon Murray rejected on transfer deadline day.
The Dundee Evening Telegraph has stated that Hibs boss Neil Lennon was keen on taking the former Arbroath player to Easter Road
It's not known how much the supposed bids amounted to, but it seems the Hibees were keen on the player.
A move for Murray seems a strange move from Hibs, considering the firepower they already have, and especially with the fact we had been looking for a right back.
With the transfer window now shut, we will have to wait until January to see if there is any truth in this one, and if so, will they make another bid?
