According to press reports tonight, Hibs striker Garry O'Connor could be the next big name player to leave Easter Road.
Hibs yesterday announced that they had freed club captain Ian Murray, along with youngsters Sean Welsh and Scott Taggart.
It now seems O'Connor could be following them out of Edinburgh, after apparently instructing his agent to find him a move abroad.
The Scotland international is said to be looking for a big hike in wages, after taking a massive wage cut to return to Edinburgh.
O'Connor, 29, signed for the Hibees at the start of the season, following his release from English Championship side Barnsley, and finished the season as top goalscorer with 16 goals.
"Big Gaz" started his career at Easter Road, breaking through the club's youth academy during the 2000-01 season, before his return last season.
Hibs sold him to Russian giants Lokomotiv Moscow in 2006 for £1.6m.
He spent a year in Russia but his family failed to settle, before he signed for Birmingham City for £2.8m in 2007.
O'Connor spent four years at St Andrews before moving on to Barnsley, on loan at first, before a permanent move.
He then re-signed for the Hibees last season.
Over two spells at Easter Road, O'Connor has played over 170 games, scoring 70+ goals, could he have scored his last????
