Former Hibs midfielder Fraser Fyvie has today, finally, signed for Championship side Dundee Utd.
Fyvie, 24, was said to be on the verge of signing for the Arabs way back on the 1st of June.
Then it all went quiet.
Since then Fyvie has been linked with a return to Hibs, then a sensational move to La Liga side Las Palmas.
When a move to Spain failed to get off the ground, he then trained with former club Aberdeen, but was told no contract would be on offer.
Blackpool then entered the race for his signature, when it was reported that the English side wanted to team him up with former Hibs team mate Dylan McGeouch in the centre of their midfield.
However, Fyvie has now signed a one-year-deal with the Tannadice club.
Fyvie was, of course, part of the legendary Hibs Scottish Cup winning side of 2016, he was also part of the Hibees Championship title winning side last season.
United have now signed THREE players from the Hibees this summer, with James Keatings joining earlier this summer on a free transfer and Sam Stanton joining on a season long loan.
Hibernian-Mad would like to wish Fraser all the very best with his new club.
