Two ex Hibs strikers are making news headlines for different reasons this morning.
Former frontman Eoin Doyle, who left the Hibees 18 months ago, after a dissapointing spell at Easter Road, is on the radar of Celtic after some sensational form for Chesterfield.
Doyle has hit 22 goals in 27 already this season, and it seems Celtic are keen on him.
The Glasgow club are apparently ready to offer the English club a staggering £2m for a player that scored 15 goals in 60 appearances whilst at Easter Road.
Celtic are said to be facing some stiff competition though, with FOUR English Championship sides considering moves for the ex Sligo Rovers frontman.
Also in the news is another ex Hibs forward, this time it's youngster Ross Caldwell.
The 21-year-old was freed in the summer, and joined Premiership side St Mirren.
After a decent start in Paisley, scoring a couple of goals, he failed to make an impression in the Buddies side, playing 15 times.
Caldwell has now agreed a contract extermination and is a free agent, but he could quickly find himself a club, with the news that both Dunfermline and Morton are keen to offer him a deal.
