Hibs youth side last night lifted the inaugural East of Scotland Shield at Easter Road.
The Hibees ran out 3-2 winners over bitter rivals Hearts and secured the trophy.
Hearts took the lead twice through Stewart and Wallace, only for Hibees hitman Kurtis Byrne to equalise twice, to take the score to 2-2 at half time.
The second half was a tight affair with loads of chances and with some good play on display, but it was the Hibees that got the last laugh.
Irishman Kurtis Byrne scored with only two minutes to go, to complete his hat-trick and hand the trophy to the Hibees.
Hibs line-up:
Flynn, Russell, Booth, Wotherspoon, Welsh, Hanlon, Johnstone, Deane, Byrne, Currie, Cropley.
Subs: Grof,
WELL DONE LADS!
