According to Sky Sports, Hibs have had a second bid for Dundee midfielder Luke McCowan rejected.
The report claims the second offer has been booted out and that the two teams are still a bit apart in his valuation.
The 26-year-old has entered the last year of his contract at Dens Park, and has been linked with a number of teams.
Celtic were linked earlier in the window, and Bolton, like Hibs, have had a bid thrown out.
However, what's not clear is how much these bids have been and how much Dundee value him at?
Hibs are STILL keen, and are likely to go back for a third time.
HIBERNIAN-MAD VIEW
Hibs have to keep knocking the door and hope that it opens.
McCowan is a cracking little player, and would add quality to a bloated Hibs midfield that lacks it.
Let's hope we can push this one through.
