Hibs have today announed that winger Drey Wright has left the club.
The winger's contract is up in the coming weeks and new manager Lee Johnson has deciided not to offer him a new contract.
Wright has struggled since joining the Hibees from St Johnstone on a two-year-deal.
The former Colchester United player fell out of the picture under Jack Ross, before enjoying a fresh start under Shaun Maloney, that seen him put in some decent display's.
However an injury ended his season, and effectively his career, as Shaun Maloney was sacked soon after.
Wright played 50 times for Hibs, scoring 2 goals, against Rangers and Hearts.
Hibs-Mad View:
Another one that seemed almost inevitable. Wright has been in and out the side over his two years at Easter Road, and nearly joined St Mirren last year on transfer deadline day.
Hibs-Mad wishes Drey well in his future career.
