Brentford linked with Hibs striker Kevin Nisbet

Hibs striker Kevin Nisbet has today been linked with a move to English Championship side Brentford.

According to the Scottish Sun, The Hibees top goalscorer is on their shortlist, should they sell star striker Ivan Toney - rated at £35m.

Hibs turned down an offer in the region of £3m for Nisbet from Birmingham City in January, but will now be looking for more for their star striker after he gained his first international cap.

Nisbet has hit 17 goals for Hibs since signing from Dunfermline Athletic in the summer in a £250,000 deal.

EDITORS VIEW:

I think it's becoming obvious that Hibs will most likely lose Nisbet in the summer, after only 1 season in the green and white.

The question is to who and what will the fee be??

Hibs turned down £3m from Birmingham City, with Nisbet now a full international, and likely to be in the Scotland squad for the Euros this summer- We reckon £5m (with a hefty sell-on) will be the type of figure to pry him from Easter Road.
