Hibs striker Steven Fletcher has this morning been linked with a move away from Easter Road.
A Sunday tabloid has hinted that the 20-year-old forward has attracted the attention of Bolton Wanderers manager Gary Megson and that the English Premiership side will table a £2m bid for him in the January transfer window.
Only French forward Nicolas Anelka has scored more than one goal for Wanderers this season and new boss Megson wants to add firepower.
Fletcher has scored 7 goals in 13 matches this season and has continued his excellent progress since making the breakthrough down
The Hibees have lost a number of their talented youngsters over the last two years and will be hoping they can hang on to Fletcher.
Garry O'Connor (Lokomotiv Moscow £1.6m), Derek Riordan (Celtic freedom of contract), Scott Brown (Celtic £4.4m), Kevin Thomson (Rangers £2m), Steven Whittaker (Rangers £2m), Gary Caldwell (Celtic freedom of contract) have all left the Hibees in the last few years and Fletcher could join them.
